Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we collect through flowhouse.bg, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Flowhouse Group, VAT BG208607310, 47 Edison St, entr. B, apt. 33, Sofia, Bulgaria.

For any question about this policy, write to contact@flowhouse.bg or call +359 884 290 545.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the enquiry form:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number, if you choose to leave one
  • the service you selected and the budget you indicated
  • the text of your message

The site uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics. We do not build profiles and we do not follow your behaviour across pages.

Why we process it

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and discuss possible work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; where an enquiry does not lead to a contract, our legitimate interest in replying to a message we received.

We do not use this data for marketing messages without your separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who else sees it

To run the site and deliver mail, the data passes through these providers:

  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Resend — delivery of the enquiry email

Both process the data on our instructions under data processing agreements. Beyond them, only the Flowhouse team sees it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract — in which case documents are kept for the statutory accounting retention periods.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request:

  • access to the data we hold about you
  • correction of inaccurate data
  • erasure of the data
  • restriction of processing
  • portability of the data
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest

Write to contact@flowhouse.bg and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, kzld.bg.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be noted on this page.
